Thanks to David Grieve for alerting us to the forthcoming road closure at Bankend which will cause disruption to people wanting to get to/ from Shearington/ Caerlaverock WWT/ Caerlaverock Castle end through to Bankend.
The short stretch of the B725 will be closed for 2 days from 11th June (Monday) between 8.30am and 5.00pm. The best diversion will be along the Glenhowan/ Canine Rescue/ Kelsick road.
